At Griffin OUD, we take great care in crafting and delivering premium oud perfumes and attars. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund policy.

We only provide exchanges under specific conditions mentioned below.

 

No Return & No Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance preference issues

  • Personal dislike of scent notes

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Refusal to accept delivery

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy.

 

Exchange Policy (Limited Cases Only)

We only accept exchanges in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged or broken during delivery

  • The product is leaking or defective

  • The wrong product has been delivered

⚠️ Exchange requests will only be considered if a proper unboxing video is provided.

 

Conditions for Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video (from parcel opening to product inspection) is mandatory

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID) must be provided

Without a proper unboxing video, exchange requests will not be approved.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are strictly not eligible for exchange:

  • Used or opened perfumes/attars

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Products returned without prior approval

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact our support team with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Images showing the issue

  • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If approved, the product will be exchanged with the same item.
 If the same item is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product of equal value.
